Branch Manager

Well established staffing firm has IMMEDIATE NEED for a new Branch Manager in our Tempe office!

This is a fast paced, growing office with a number of nationally known accounts!

You will handle a variety of day to day customer service driven activities, including:

Identifying, interviewing, screening & referring industrial job candidates to our clients
Interfacing with customers via phone, in person and email on a daily basis
Review time reports & performance measurements
Oversee & motivate recruiting staff members; help instill a strong sense of urgency to meet our customer needs

Ideal candidate will have:

strong leadership skills; must be able to lead by example in all areas of performance
Must have strong sense of urgency, be a person that has strong energy with a great positive attitude
Must like working with people from all walks of life
MUST have a competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

We offer a good base salary plus an excellent bonus plan. Estimated yearly compensation would be $43-50k/yr, based on office production, with the possibility of higher compensation as the office grows!

Outside Sales

$32,000-35,000 base + Commissions

Book Appointments, schedule meetings & visit clients/
customers who use Temporary Staff. WE WILL TRAIN!

You need to have a sense of urgency and really be self motivated.
You must be reliable, comfortable talking on the phone, and able to make high volume calls on a daily basis.
If you like people & talking on the phone THIS IS THE JOB for you!
